After infusing design thinking to hundreds of design and engineering students for almost a decade (at HTW Berlin and ELISAVA Barcelona) she currently focuses on executive MBA education at ESCP Berlin, Kristiania University Oslo and ASE-FABIZ Bucharest.<\/p>\n

As an academic she conducts her doctoral research at the Bauhaus University taking a praxeological approach to Design Thinking and Innovation, currently researching at IADE Lisbon. For her international empirical research she has been awarded various grants.<\/p>\n

As a practitioner she runs a Berlin-based internationally acting innovation agency being regarded as an expert in her field. Her team helps foster creativity and innovation for German public sector institutions and infuses Design Thinking as a management practice with corporate clients including: VW, BCG, and P&G.<\/p>\n

She teaches, researches and operates within the disciplines of #designthinking, #innovationmanagement, #presentofwork and #organizationalchange.<\/p>\n

She works interculturally and across sectors building her own approaches and processes<\/p>\n
