Following the analysis of your motivational essay, you will receive an email with the result of the evaluation (passed/failed) and the status of the group formation. Candidates declared admitted are enrolled in the postgraduate program. Upon enrolment, students are required to sign the study contract and bring all registration documents in original, to prove that the copies are according to the original. Failure to sign the study contract leads to expulsion.
The application fee is non-refundable, except in the case in which the program is not organized due to an insufficient number of applications. If the applicant wishes to remain on hold for the formation of a group in the following academic year, the application form must be renewed and the application fee remains valid.

Payment of the program fee
The payment is made in two instalments, the first (representing 1500 RON) within 15 days of the start of the postgraduate program and the second instalment before the start of the third study module (3rd weekend).
Payment shall be deemed to have been made on the date on which the amount representing the tuition fee is in the account of the provider. A student who does not pay his/her financial obligations to the A.S.E. within the prescribed time limits will be expelled.
In the event that the registration and/or tuition fee is paid by a third party, a Service Agreement must be signed before the start of the teaching activities, and the payment of the fees must be made under the previously mentioned conditions.
